HOT DOGS We sell only the best in hot dogs! We have a small variety that you can choose from: Old Fashion with the skin on in 5-1 size. All Meat Hot Dogs - Beef and Pork in either 4-1 or 8-1 size. (that is 1/4 pound or 1/8 pound) All Beef Hot Dogs - Only Beef! in either 4-1 or 8-1 size.
SAUSAGE Our bulk Breakfast sausage is made on site from the freshest pork you can find. You can come in and see it in the form of a cute little pig sitting in our case. We also have many other types of sausage from Hot and Mild Italian to Bratwurst. All of course made on site from the locally raised pigs.
You can Choose... Thick................or Thin!? BACON We have a few types of bacon to choose from. We carry Thick (10-12) and Thin (14-18) along with Pepper bacon. For those of you who are nitrate intolerant, we have Nitrate Free Bacon and Fresh Side. These are all smoked on site from locally raised pigs. |
