Beef, It's What's For Dinner.

Beef

Our beef is locally raised in Utah and Colorado and contains no Hormones, Steroids, Antibiotics, or animal by-products.  To insure the best quality, flavor and tenderness, our beef is fed out for 90 to 120 days for optimum marbling.  We then naturally dry age it for at least 3 weeks.  Take a look at the nutritional value of beef at:  http://www.beefitswhatsfordinner.com/nutrition/default.asp.

 

Buffalo

Since Bison are wild animals, the meat is naturally leaner. It has less fat and calories and more protein and iron than a comparable portion of beef, chicken, or even some fish. The meat does not marble as beef does. Additionally, Buffalo is non-allergenic and is raised naturally, without the use of hormones and antibiotics.
